Portonics Finance is a private internal reporting tool for authorized users of Portonics Limited. The application runs in Docker on the computer where it was installed.
This link opens the application on your own computer. It works only when the portal is installed and Docker is running. This public page does not display or receive your accounting records.
Connect or reconnect QuickBooks
- Open the local portal and enter its local password.
- Go to Connection and follow the setup instructions there using the approved Portonics Finance Intuit app.
- Authorize only the intended Portonics company and verify its name in the local portal before importing.
Enter connection credentials only in Intuit or the installed local portal. Do not email them or paste them into an AI chat. If authorization has expired, repeat the connection process. Contact support@portonics.com for help without including secrets or financial exports.
